CHAL Open Call

The Capitol Hill Art League invited artists in the District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia to enter this annual open call exhibition . The theme for this exhibit is “Landscapes” and artists submitted their creative interpretations of landscapes through any 2D and 3D media, including photography.
