As we have done before, we have invited professional photographer, Greg Staley, to photograph artwork for CHAL members (only). Greg will transfer and email your work to you after the session so you can use these digital fileimages for entering various contests/exhibits, promo materials or just for memory’s sake.

Fee: $10.00-$15.00 per item

RE/MAX Allegiance Realty Office invites Capitol Hill Art League Members to exhibit our November 2framed  artwork, paintings, prints, mixed media, or collages  in their prime location across from Eastern Market. Many new buyers are searching for homes in DC during the summer months and the REMAX realty office will be filled with our art on their walls. Great exposure for us.  We receive the  full amount of the sale price; all sales are handled between you and the buyer using the contact info you provide for your artwork (either phone # or email).

 We are fortunate to have CHAL represented in many places on the Hill.

Capitol Hill Art League Members (CHAL) will hold another ART SALE/Meet and Greet  for the 200 residents of Velocity Condominiums on June 13, 5:30-7:30pm. Reserve YOUR spot (via email to Steering Committee),  to sell your matted prints, original artwork, greeting cards and art related items-just in time for Father’s Day gifts!

Rindy O’Brien, Karen Cohen, and Carolyn Rondthaler donated art cards and prints for the residents free raffle drawing.

 June 13th artists featured in the halls and meeting room are: Karen Van Allen, Carolyn Rondthaler, Rindy O’Brien, Karen Cohen, and Jan Zastrow. These Five artists will be presenting June 13-Sept. 12 with introductions to the new artists at the June 13 social hour!

No commission is deducted and you are responsible for conducting your own sales with cash, checks or your credit card machine. We do ask residents to pay by cash/check for sales.
