CHAL Artists Exhibition Opportunity at the Capitol View Gallery, VA Medical Center

Once again this year, the VA invites three CHAL artists to hang approximately ten works of art in their Capitol View Gallery from late June through late September. No works may be under glass. Works on canvas, board, or under plexiglass. Large works work well in this venue.

“VERTICAL”

Bring us your interpretation of vertical.
It could be a work of art that is taller than wide.
The subject may be taller than wide.
It could be a perspective that is taller than it is wide.
Or it could be something that is above our field of vision.

Receiving: April 9 & 11, 9:30–11:30 AM
Jurying: April 11 Afternoon
Opening Reception April 23, 5–7 PM

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS
As always, works must be properly prepared to hang on our new Walker system.
2-D Works must have a hanging wire securely and tightly strung on screw-in eyelets,
D-rings, or screw-in brackets (for metal frames

3-D Works must be able to safely sit on one of our pedestals.
